Mariah Carey confirmed for Tony Bennett "Duets" album

Five years after he collaborated with a number of rock-era legends (Elton John, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder) on his original Duets album, Tony Bennett is back with some famous friends - except this time, he asked some of the kids to join in as well. Amy Winehouse, a devout Bennett fan, had long been linked to the project, and artists like Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey had been rumored as well.

Now, with the release of the official project, all three have been confirmed as duet partners for the soon-to-be 85-year-old. Gaga will be helping out on "Lady is a Tramp", Mariah on "When Do the Bells Ring for Me", and as previously thought, Amy will be singing on "Body and Soul" in what will likely be her first other posthumously released recording.

Other contemporary guests on the album include Michael Bublé ("Don't Get Around Much Anymore"), Carrie Underwood ("It Had to Be You") and John Mayer ("One for My Baby (And One More For the Road)"). You can pick up the album in stores September 20th. It just might be the only album your entire family can agree on come Thanksgiving time.
