Mariah: "I don't care about Britney being on X Factor"
US diva Mariah Carey has revealed that she has no interest in Britney Spears' new role on X Factor USA, and that she will never be persuaded to join a talent show herself. In a red carpet interview with US show Extra, the singer was quizzed on her reaction to Britney's signing to the American X Factor panel. Her reaction was one of almost total disinterest.
"You think I focus on that stuff?" replied Mariah. "Have we met? I love her, honestly, I think she's a very nice person, but I don't care who's going on that show - as long as it's not me." She also added that she was planning a few live shows in America, but seemed confused on whether she was being question on her plans - or Britney's. "Her tour or my tour?" She questioned. "Darling, I got to finish my album. I'm going to play a few shows." (Gigwise)
