Hilarious parody has Mariah taking on "Cell Block Tango"

Remember when Chicago got the Hollywood remake and everyone fell for the murderesses recounting their most shocking exploits in the musical's "Cell Block Tango?" Todrick Hall has helmed a modern parody of it, "Cell Black Django", and it frames your favorite pop dames as Chicago's cell block sextet in a totally tongue-in-cheek way.

If we didn't know any better, we'd think the woman holding her dress together a la VMAs wardrobe malfunction was the real Nicki Minaj, she's that good at nailing her facial expressions. Rihanna's Barbadian accent? Perfect. Beyonce's flawless hairflip? Present and accounted for. And don't even get us started on the Mariah Carey/Ariana Grande comparisons played out in this cell block riff. It's cheeky without getting too mean about the characters involved.

No pop scandal is safe in the lyrics, either: Rihanna's relationship with Chris Brown, the Elevator Fight and the similarities between Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande all serve for the parody's inspiration. (Todrick makes a cameo in his own production, too, taking on infamous viral star Sharkeisha, known for her right hook to a friend's head.)

Honestly, we're impressed that Todrick was able to cover that much ground in a musical theater parody.
