Judge tosses woman's lawsuit
A federal judge threw out a woman's lawsuit claiming her eggs had been used by Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon to conceive their children, Monroe and Moroccan, according to online reports. Tina Seals claimed in her lawsuit that the divorcing couple never informed her that they were taking her eggs (to fertilize), which were trafficked without her consent.
In her suit, she demanded full custodial rights and financial support, claiming that she had been corresponding with the couple, but hadn't come to any accord. The suit was tossed out of court on October 8 (Cannon's birthday), citing a lack of evidence.
Seals, meanwhile, has a history of suing celebs. According to reports, she has filed similar claims against Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Kate Middleton. Neither Carey or Cannon were summoned to issue a response towards Seals' claims. (Eurweb)
