Fifth Harmony sample Mariah Carey on debut album
Fifth Harmony have sampled a classic Mariah Carey track on their forthcoming debut album. The girl group pay homage to the iconic diva on new cut "Like Mariah", which samples her 1996 track "Always Be My Baby".
"Always Be My Baby" was Carey's 11th number one in the US, while peaking at number three in the UK. "Like Mariah" will feature on Fifth Harmony's upcoming debut album Reflection, which will be released on February 3.
The collection will also include their recent singles "Bo$$" and "Sledgehammer", which were both released worldwide last year. Fifth Harmony formed on the US series of The X Factor back in 2012 and went on to finish third on the show as part of Simon Cowell's category. (Digital Spy)
