Mariah in hideaway
Troubled pop diva Mariah Carey has gone into hiding at a desert retreat after her pounds 20million split with Virgin Records. Mariah, 31, is staying at the pounds 3,500-a-week We Care Centre near Palm Springs, California, which offers help with stress and fatigue-related problems. Sources in the town said Mariah checked in at the centre just over a week ago. "Some people who come here look terrible, but she looked fine," one said.
