My posse's bigger than your posse
Entourages are everywhere. Though he claims to have downsized his posse, it seems that Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' crew is as large as ever. "When you have P. Diddy with a group of 25 or 30 people - you want to make him happy, but it can be a dilemma sometimes," says Suede's Eytan Sugerman, who co-owns the spot with record producer Timbaland.
Still, Combs' crew has always been paltry compared to the old entourage of his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. The hubristic hottie once showed up to lip-synch two songs on a British TV show with 60 people - including bodyguards, stylists, make-up artists, personal assistants, interior decorators and a personal chef.
Fellow diva Mariah Carey is also known for being surrounded by a tight inner circle of paid confidantes. (Rumor has it that anyone who works for her must sign a non-disclosure agreement.) And on a recent episode of "Cribs," Carey's TriBeCa triplex was populated solely with "friends" who also happened to be on her payroll. (The New York Post) Many thanks to Mariah Downunder.
