Stocking filler
Seeing as she's not having a huge amount of luck interesting people in her singing or acting skills these days, elasti-throated songstrel Mariah Carey has decided to branch out into another career. So, if you're stuck for ideas for what to buy the diva in your life this Xmas, you could do worse than considering a pair of super-bling stockings, designed by Mariah herself.
Sources close to the star have blabbed to the papes that she has designed a range of swanky tights, some of which have real diamonds embedded in them. One of them told the Mirror: "Mariah is bringing out a range of hosiery called Mariah Kiss Kiss next year. As part of this range she's designed some diamante-encrusted, old-fashioned stockings, but for her closest pals she's had some made up with real diamonds."
The bad news is that the diamond tights cost a whopping £15,000 a pair, so if you are considering getting some for that special popstrel in your life make sure you're gonna get more than a Mariah Kiss Kiss in return! (Top of the Pops)
