Charts around the world

In Australia, "It's Like That" moves up one spot to number 9 on the top 40 singles chart. This was the song's debut and is currently still the peak position of it. On the top 40 albums chart, "The Emancipation of Mimi" drops 7 places to number 27. A rise is expected next week due to the Rove interview which will air on Tuesday at 9.30 on the ten network.

In Denmark, "It's Like That" is currently number 23 on the official Danish singles chart. This week it jumped two places from number 25 and the week before it jumped 24 places from number 49. The track also peaked at number 8 on the official Danish dance chart and is currently sitting at number 12.

"The Emancipation Of Mimi" debuted on the official Danish album chart at number 44 (a vast improvement from Charmbracelet's number 76 entry) and is now at number 56. The album is expected to go higher this week, since ads have started running on national TV. The reviews have been mixed, but the majority are above average, and all leading Danish newspapers and magazines are happily welcoming Mariah Carey back onto the pop scene.

In El Salvador, "It's Like That" has risen on El Salvador's largest radio station, La Femenina 102.5, moving up from number 10 to number 8 (peak) on the station's chart (las 11 del 11). In Germany, "It's Like That" is at number 15 (last week number 14) and "The Emancipation of Mimi" is at number 26 (last week number 14).

In Hong Kong, "The Emancipation of Mimi" is number 2 in its second week on the HK HMV international pop album chart and English album chart. The accumulated sales figure is about 400 copies. In Indonesia, according to Universal Music Indonesia, "The Emancipation of Mimi" has sold approximately 17,000 copies.

In Italy, "It's Like That" is up 24 places to number 12 on "Top of the Pops". The TOTP chart in Italy is compiled from the song's sales and airplay. In Mexico, "The Emancipation of Mimi" has debuted at number 8 on the top 10 album chart.

In Spain, Mariah Carey continues climbing on Cadena 100's top songs. This week, "It's Like That" gains 4 positions and is number 5. It's the 7th week of the song in this chart. And in the UK, "The Emancipation of Mimi" drops to number 23 (last week number 16) and "It's Like That" drops only 3 places to number 11 (last week number 8).
