Mariah Carey is hitched to Nick Cannon - reverend
Neither Mariah Carey nor Nick Cannon has confirmed they are man and wife yet, but a clergyman on the Bahamian island of Eluthera has said they are - and that he married them. Bishop Clifford Petty of the National Church of God in the Caribbean told People.com that he performed the ceremony but gave no details. Other reports have said the pair wed on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old "Touch My Body" singer and her 27-year-old actor beau reportedly obtained a marriage license on Eleuthera, where Carey has a home. Petty's church is on Eleuthera, in the town of Governor's Harbour, but he didn't say where the ceremony took place. (New York Daily News)
