Mariah remix contest voting is underway
Mariah fans, Fall 2008 marks a historic election, and we insist that you make your voice heard by casting a vote for your favorite remix of "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time". Head to the contest page to vote for your favorite out of the thousands of remixes entered by DJs, producers, and musicians around the world. Then, post the results widget on your profile or blog so that you and your friends can keep track of the results.
Campaigning is encouraged, so stop by the message boards to support your choice and get the vote out for your candidate. Voting ends on September 12, after which the top 10 remixes will advance to Round 2, where they will go before our panel of expert judges. The winner will receive $5,000 and feature placement on MariahCarey.com, IslandRecords.com and Mariah's Myspace page. Second prize is a Digidesign MBox 2, courtesy of Sweetwater, and all ten finalists take home a signed copy of E=MC2. Let your voice be heard - vote in the Mariah Remix Contest now.
