Kid's Choice Awards (81,507) by Licia from USA
The outfits were super cute. Roc and Roe looked like they were enjoying themselves. As always I give much respect to both Nick and Mariah for trying to make as many positive memories for their children as they can.

Stop hiding behind Martyn's memory. He seemed like a great guy. Funny, and positive, always trying to see the good. You are no Martyn. I'm sure he didn't like your constant negativity either. "Tell it like it is," you mean constantly negative and bitter.

Often make positive comments. I just tell it like it is. Everyone has their "own truth" Martyn used to say. Me, I am more concerned with what has been going wrong for the past 5 years than listing songs I like and talking about ripping off fake hairpieces. Referencing a news article on the site and insisting that Mariah needs to adopt a new attitude in order to sell is not hating Mariah - it's just not burying my head in the sand but finding a path for her in which to succeed. Calling her "misunderstood" and the "nicest celebrity ever" is disingenuous at best because she is widely hated for behaviour within her control. That can be turned around in her twilight years, starting now. Wouldn't you love to hear: "I didn't know Mariah Carey was so cool" or some such exclamation? Course you would. I love me some Mariah and then some. Most who have spoken to me over the phone or in person from this board like me haha believe it. I am kinda nice. Although give it a few days for Jade to come back around. And I suspect Randy is going to call with a lecture. But I am not a snowflake. I won't collapse at the first sign of offense. I'd never make it to brunch with the Belgian.

However do you survive the days? You must be exasperated with the triggers before lunchtime arrives. Trigger warning: nobody says "courting" unless you're, perhaps, Maid Marian.

She has a daughter in her twenties who supposedly sings. I'd live to hear her sing. I think Mimi should sample some TMarie music and put her own lyrics. That would be too funky. I am partial to Behind the Groove.

How in the world do we contact other members on here? I lost touch with Andrew. Do I give him my email randyalexander@hotmail.com or do you give me his? Hopefully I'm not stepping out of bounds.

Why does anyone still read his ish? (81,496) by Victoria from USA
It makes no sense that anyone still clicks on that British [censored] comments. I get so pissed off that people keep responding to him and giving him that attention that he so desperately needs. If you want to shut that a hole down, then ignore anything he writes. It will drive him crazy.

And there you go again. Your remarks towards Jade were crude, in bad taste and very much way below your intelligence. And now these ... are you courting me Andrew ?

Re: The girl who lives inside the golden world (81,490) (81,494) by AlwaysLoveForMariah from Usa
You are mistaken me for Stevie wonder, your words matter. You literally bash her everyday, I haven't seen a single positive Mariah comment from you, like ever. It's well known that the British people don't like Mariah, since most of you are [censored] as hell anyways. The thing about the diva act is when you are one of the biggest celebrities of all time, you have to protect your heart in some way. Mariah herself has said the diva act is fake. That's one of the reason why Beyoncé won't even do interviews anymore, people scrutinize and take things out of context everyday. But I do agree that Mariah needs to show more of her beautiful personality, most people don't know her except for whatever they read on the news/internet. We need more of those specials Mariah did back in 2005. Anyways Roc Nation has done a lot for Mariah in terms of revamping her image and things are looking better than ever. Also the fact that you focus on the negative more than the positive always just suggest someone isn't happy with their own life. Spill the tea boo. On side notes: Toni Braxton did it again. Ugh that voice is so special.

I absolutely love Teena Marie. Such a genius. I would love to hear MC take on one of her tracks, especially considering how loved Teena was by R&B enthusiasts. Right on the top of my head, I can more easily hear MC sing "Now That I Have You", which was co-produced by Richard Rudolph, Minnie Riperton's husband. "Yes, Indeed" would also be a great choice, or even "If I Were Bell". Teena Marie really has a flawless discography.

Hello everyone. I've mentioned this once before and still wish for it. I'd love to hear MC's take on Tina Marie's "Out On A Limb" on her upcoming album. What do you guys think? Or what song would you rather hear her cover?

In response, I never said I hated Mariah as I do not. I was talking about most of the public. Here is someone I knew agreed with me - he says it on this video, even. If Mariah is going to release new music we want people to buy it. Given that most people, I would suggest, will dismiss it with "Ugh I can't stand her" before they even listen to it, it might do well for Mariah if she dropped the diva act and was a little bit more personable.

Re: Toni Braxton - Sex and Cigarettes (81,487) (81,489) by Hilton from USA
Toni's album is solid. I do think Long As I Live is the best song on the album. I'm still right about it only having 8 songs on it but oh well. Nothing groundbreaking, just Toni and I love it. As for Mariah, I think she's gonna hit us with 12 to 14 songs. Probably 14. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. We will see. I can listen to her albums without skipping songs.

Yes, Mariah may be a diva sometimes but she's never ever not nice to people. Everybody who met her says, she's the nicest and sweetest person you can imagine. Andrew if you believe she's not why do you "like" her? Only because of the music? Anyway I know people who met her, and everybody was having a really good time meeting her. You don't why she was late. James C. is a lucky man to have met her. To wait in her house sounds like a fantastic day. And he "got" a candle. Great. It's almost funny and sad that the topic is a sentence from "Looking in".

I just watched the video for Long As I Live. I absolutely adore this song and the video is nice. She looks gorgeous even though she's wearing those stank bodysuits I hate. Lol haven't listened to the album yet. I'm excited to hear it now. I agree about shorter tracklisting albums. Some of the best albums have ten to twelve tracks where you never skip a song. I'd love for Mariah to try that this album.

I now see that it was banter and that your intentions wasn't to humiliate or embarrass me. It may seem like an overreaction to some but my feelings were clearly hurt. Thanks for the message Andrew, I appreciate the gesture. Moving on.

It absolutely astounds me that even a generic one-sentence post about a new website provides Andrew with an opportunity to slander someone. He is the human version of a headache. Up out my face boy.

Toni Braxton - Sex and Cigarettes (81,483) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
This album (I actually consider it more of an EP due to its length) is the epitome of "short and sweet". It has the signature emotive, classy Toni sound, but the overall vibe is pitched more between Pulse (her last solo effort) and Love, Marriage & Divorce (duet album with Babyface). For an 8-track release, some songs are stronger than others, but I'm really digging Sorry (the beat of which reminds me of You're Making Me High) and My Heart along with the previously released Deadwood and Long As I Live (far and away the best track of the bunch). The title track is good and FOH has a memorable hook, but the last 2 tracks are exactly the type of upbeat songs that she should avoid as they sound the most generic. Still, it's a great, enjoyable album where the pros outweigh the cons. Welcome back, Toni. You've been missed.
As for Mariah, I hope she goes for quality over quantity on her upcoming release. We'd all prefer a 10-12 track album filled with hits rather than one with an 80-minute running time bloated with fillers.
