That Beyonce and Miley duet should have been Mariah and Miley on a song. MC needs a collaborator whose voice is unlike hers just spark interest for a new album. I feel their voices would sound good on a song with the right melody, lyrics and producer. Maybe it will happen soon.

This isn't a country album, it would have made an amazing Destiny's Child album. It has small snippets of country, and I agree the first single is country. The rest is a very Beyoncé album, most of it reminds me of the Beyoncé album and positions. Remove Dolly and Miley and it's a DC/Beyonce album imo. I was expecting Kacey Musgrave or The Chicks through and through.

Do I like at least three songs on the album? Do I think she will be nominated for the Grammy's Album Of The Year and Song Of The Year? The answer is yes to all three questions. Mariah is out here looking like a mermaid. First of all I don't think I've ever seen her in this shade of blue. She looks great. But I wonder if she's doing a professional shoot. Because she's fully done up. Like usually in Mariah's vacation photos she has her natural girls and no makeup. Here she's full done hair and makeup and not only that she's wearing darker eye makeup. Plus she's in a gown.

My friends, who are not lambs, have been asking why it's called an "anniversary" and why her age is "eternally 12" and why she has a 1969 and 1970 birth date and I realize trying to explain it to them makes me sound crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way. Happy anniversary to Mariah, I hope she has the best day surrounded by her kids and everyone she loves.
