She isn't the type of celebrity who hides her assets. So it's perhaps unsurprising that singer Mariah Carey cut a voluptuous figure when she stepped out in Sardinia on Wednesday night. The chart-topper, 47, visited the Italian island as part of her latest European jaunt, where she enjoyed a luxury shopping spree in a bold, attention-grabbing outfit.
Clearly dressing to impress, the acclaimed star went all-out in the glamour stakes as she indulged in some luxury retail therapy. Taking to the exclusive seaside resort of Porto Cervo, which is known for its hiugh-end shops and affluent visitors, she fronted a floor-length, skin-tight dress which teased onlookers with semi-sheer detail.

Showcasing her curvaceous figure, she clearly enjoyed the sleeveless design and capped the look with some strappy, studded shoes for extra effect. Rarely out of glitz mode, she wore her hair in a cascade of loose curls - which she styled in a centre-parting - and added some expensive-looking earrings.
Also wearing a pair of designer sunglasses, she went nearly nude in the make-up department, where she displayed a matte, subtle complexion. Flanked by an entourage - one of whom was seen offering Mariah her lip gloss - it was certainly a serious expedition for the mother of two.

The latest sighting comes just days after a representative for Mariah denied that the pop star is pregnant with boyfriend James Packer's baby, following a report in an Australian magazine. "It's false reporting, nothing more," her rep told gossip site Just Jared.
On Monday, New Idea magazine claimed that the billionaire casino mogul and the diva were expecting their first child together after going public with their relationship in June. However, the star seemed to have brushed-off the drama, instead choosing to enjoy her down-time now that she's wrapped the second leg of her Las Vegas residency, called #1 To Infinity. The show, which features her greatest hits, kicked off in May and closed in July, before it will resume again in February 2016.
