Mariah speaks at Obama rally
Yesterday, first lady Michelle Obama headlined an airport rally in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mariah spoke at the event, in support of President Barack Obama. Ben Thompson, anchor and reporter for WCNC in Charlotte, recapped some highlights from Mariah's speech on his Twitter page.
"During the short speech, Mariah said Barack Obama Michelle were the first to know about her pregnancy. I never though I'd be tweeting what Mariah says about the election. She says folks need to vote like 'your life depended on it'. Most pointed line of Mariah's speech: The President doesn't treat women like they're some special interest group." (Mariah Daily Journal)
