Mariah Carey, Mira Sorvino promote film at Sundance
Mariah Carey and Mira Sorvino trekked to Park City, Utah, to promote Sunday's premiere of their film, "Wise Girls", at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival. Sorvino, Carey and Melora Walters star as three waitresses working at a "wiseguy" hangout - an Italian restaurant that serves as a front for an illegal drug operation.
Sorvino plays Meg, a former medical school student who unwittingly becomes involved with the Mafia. Once she befriends two of the restaurant's other waitresses, the women work together to survive in the male-dominated world of crime. (People) Many thanks to Mariah Buzz.
