Mariah discussing film debut
Multiplatinum recording artist Mariah Carey is in talks to make her feature acting debut in "Double-O-Soul", an action comedy starring Chris Tucker. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the movie focuses on Tucker's character, a low-level secret agent who suddenly gets elevated to elite-agent status when the entire upper echelon of government agents is taken out by a mole. If her deal closes, Carey will play the stepdaughter of the film's arch-villain. (Billboard)
