Lana's cinematic dark sounds will merge beautifully with Mariah's R&B/pop signature sound. Mariah should also write with Adele, I think they would really come up with an amazing song. I have a pretty good feeling that Mariah might crack the top 10 this year with AIWFCIY, that's currently our best shot at Mariah being back in the top 10 unless she decides to do a major image restoration and writes something really remarkable to grab on the public's attention. The Mariah Christmas invasion is also likely to be still in effect so it will help with the sales. It would be a more contemporary, darker and more mature R&B, not necessarily ballad but more of a sexy slow jam (kinda like Janet's No Sleeep or Mariah's Breakdown, or if Mariah wanna show off her pipes, the song would lean more to Beyonce's Rocket). The vocals would be more understated and those classic layers of Butterfly era would be making a comeback. I think she should go solo but a The Weeknd feature or Maxwell would be amazing. She shouldn't try the surprise method first, I think she should go full-blown traditional single treatment. (Sunday 24 July 2016; 1:53)

She just uses a lot of different prerecorded climaxes. This year I think she recorded new climaxes though because the climaxes sound a lot more like her current voice than the other prerecords. If only Stella manages Mariah as well as her attempts in publicizing the Bulochnikovs, Mariah's image would be much better. This era frustrates me so much because eventhough Mariah's performances are really consistently good now and her live vocals as strong as ever, Mariah seems really lost and her focus isn't on the right place. In fact I think Stella genuinely thinks she is helping Mariah rejuvenate her career. I can just imagine Mariah questioning Mishka and Stella "Are you sure that this picture is okay to be posted?" and they would be saying "Oh no dahling, this is what younger artists do right now, this pic slays my life." I'm one of the newer fans (became a fan in 2013) and I really want her to be on top again. It's one thing to know about how she used to slay the shit out of the game and another to really live in the years when she is slaying the game. I want people to take her seriously again and really give her another shot. At least, I want her legacy to be preserved. Reality TV and all those reality TV behaviour won't help her in damage control, Justin Bieber did not come back with that blockbuster "Purpose" with reality TV. Mariah's stance (64,134) by darrian liu from taiwan I don't get why Mariah might be scared to voice out her stance on the Black Lives Matter movement, the Orlando shootings, Alton Sterling, etc. She has been very vocal about her always feeling like an outsider being biracial and those events should be the events she is most vocal about. I agree with Marissa and others, Mariah is a legend and shouldn't be discouraged from voicing out her opinion. Look at Beyonce. Her message about the Black Lives Matter movement and Alton Sterling are powerful and she's not afraid despite being threatened to be boycotted by the police and being called racist by many priviledged ignorant fools. She is not even a legend yet, but she still uses her status as an icon as a platform to express her stance on important social happenings. Mariah gotta stop all the flaunting of lifestyle and diamonds because for an artist with such talent it is very shallow. (Sunday 10 July 2016; 12:27)

Yeah, your performances have improved and actually felt fun and confident, but stop with all these ratchetness. You're worth more than half a billion dollars dammit, and showing up with lingerie and suspenders on a red carpet is not a good way of showing it. Not even Kim Kardashian have showed up in a red carpet with such cheap looking outfit. Ring up Donatella Versace or smth and get a really good, classy, sexy outfit to go on the red carpet. Vegas June 17 and 18 (63,696) by darrian liu from taiwan Amazing, amazing vocals. I'm so proud of how Mariah seems to be so dedicated in improving her vocals. She's been improving so much, I might as well say this is her third prime. Vision Of Love gave me serious goosebumps and it was vocally bombastic. TGIFY performances are always consistently great. Ariana has great potential but her technique hinders her. I'm kinda confused on why her team forced the comparisons at first because 21 year old Mariah is far above 21 year old Ariana technically.
