Mariah's World #7 (71,551) by Special K from USA I'm just going to say positive things. Mariah straight up is a beautiful woman. She ain't got nothing on me but damn she is hot. I love watching Mariah interact with her children. So precious. I thought the scene between Anthony and Maryann was geniune. Tucked at my heart strings a little. I would love to party with Mariah. She looks like she knows how to have fun. Oh, I'm pretty sure there are some extra, and I mean hot mess extra partying scenes that they defiantly didn't want us to see that ended up on the editing floor. I wish Mariah would wear her hair more in its natural state. Gorgeous. Kristopher Buckle and Danielle kill me. They are geniune as well and I just love them. I quite enjoyed the scenes with Mariah and her dancers. They are all of bunch of cornballs and Mariah is the biggest one of them all. Anthony is the best thing on that show and for Mariah. Hopefully he and Mariah will work together again in the future. I noticed on Anthony's instagram page he got pic of grabbing Mariah's ass, lol. James was spot on about Tanaka and I'm glad that he broke up with Mariah because obviously she wasn't ready to get married to nobody. I can't believe she bought clothes for that lil boy. He could have bought his own damn clothes. Like Mariah really girl? Man, I was holding out hope for this show but I'm too through. Anthony is the only one that was telling Mariah the truth trying to help her out. Now he's gone. I'll be glad when this damn show is over but at the same time I can't help but watch, lol. There were some moments where she actually sounded good but overall her voice was too inconsistent, she didn't hold any long notes, and appeared not to even attempt any high notes which is a good thing. I thought the crowd was having a blast. Mariah looked comfortable on stage and I loved how she was interacting with the crowd. The bride was cute and it was cool too see Mariah pull her on stage and watch the bride get her dance on. I'm just happy to see Mariah sing live. Maybe I'm a bit optomistic because I was blessed to see Mimi twice last year and she blew the crowd away with that voice. (Monday 16 January 2017; 15:25)

Re: Mariah (71,019) (71,031) by Special K from USA Angela, you made me shed a tear after reading your post. I'm worried too. We may have PTSD from 2001 when Mariah ended up in the hospital. I'm glad we heard from her though. Mariah really does feel like she was sabotaged and she is hurting. I'm glad she is taking a break (whatever that means though) and focusing on herself. Hate to speculate but I feel there is alot more going on with Mariah personally. Dealing with a divorce and ending an engagement is very emotionally draining. To me she never really took time to heal her heart after the split with Nick and just jumped into a relationship with Packer. I don't think James ever made her feel truly happy and that's why she was booking all those Vegas shows. Not trying to give Mariah excuses but like you and I've previously stated Mariah is human. I hope she does get some spiritual healing and continues to listen and take the advice of whomever has gotten her attention. How ironic if she is really listening to TM. Been listening to Looking In, My Saving Grace, and Close My Eyes all damn day. Focus on self and shake them haters off Mariah. We got you. (Monday 9 January 2017; 1:21)

NYE performance (70,656) by Special K from USA Happy New Year everybody. These are my thoughts on what happened. It's clear Mariah couldn't hear. I also don't believe it was her plan to lip synch the whole performance. That is obvious because when the music was playing for Emotions the only prerecording we heard were the high notes. Mariah straight up told us they were playing the album version of WBT. I have mad respect that she gave us a heads up. That seems to get lost in the sauce. My problem with Mariah is how she handled the situation. Mariah has been in the game for 27 plus years. She of all people should understand that no matter what difficulties any singer/performer is facing the show must go on honey. How about cutting the music and singing acapella? Man she would have gotten mad respect for that. Mariah also had another opportunity to turn that mess around, well not completely but it would of helped. When the ball was getting ready to drop Gloria Estefan and Ryan Seacrest were on stage. Mariah appeared briefly then she left. Seriously? Man, Mariah could have stayed with Gloria and taken the opportunity to apologise and ring the New Year in graciously with the crowd. Sorry, but I'm glad this happened. Maybe now Mariah will take these live performances more seriously and I hope this hot mess has humbled her. Mariah can redeem herself. Her career isn't over and it will never be. She should take this epic fail as a learming opportunity to really focus on that voice and make her career about the voice again. The tour with Lionel Ritchie is a great venue to start over. Like Randy said, It would be nice if it's only Mariah and Big Jim on the stage period. No dancers, no butterflies, no DJ's, no breaks, no costumes changes. (Monday 2 January 2017; 19:36)

Does make you wonder are there any fans up on this piece? I do think some folks up in here have no damn lives and love to bash Mariah on the daily because it makes their pathetic sorry lives have some type of purpose. Do I agree with everything Mariah does? Hell no. In the present I think Mariah is way out of bounce and when I see some of things she is doing it makes me cringe. I know Mariah is better than this and so do the majority of the fans here however I don't see the need to come on MCArchives to bash her on the daily or even weekly. Ain't that deep.
