It's a Mariah Carey show for sure (58,333) by QueenLambassador from Portugal Mariah sounds amazing. Her vocals are on point, her hapiness shines trough. I just dont understand how some still say she wasnt all that great. The problem (and I've said it before on this board) is that people are stuck on the recorded versions and on the 90's. It's hard to explain (56,583) by QueenLambassador from Portugal People around here tend to take everything to the wrong side, it's hard to have an opinion out here. it looks like some control the panel. I've got the ultimate respect for everyone, even if I don't agree but some things just make me wanna cry - alot. Some people in the fanbase turned the rest of us into laughing matter around the block because you people don't own your status as fans. Mariah deserves better. You expect and demand the impossible, you put flaws int everything, you criticize the smallest of smallest thing and still act like you're right. In the last few years Mariah's done so many positive and different things and it's rather tyring to see everyone complain all the time. Can't we just have a break here? Memoirs (56,409) by QueenLambassador from Portugal I've been listening alot to Memoirs. I think I appreciate this album alot more now than I did in 2009. I always loved it but now it's different. Mariah's voice is so sultry and sexy and the lyrics are so simple and fun. This album also has my favourite booklet since ever - the Elle partnership worked wonderfully and showed us some of Mimi's favourite things in life. Mariah (56,213) by QueenLambassador from Portugal I don't understand people sometimes. Many of you feel kinda of ashamed to be a fan or something? Mariah wouldn't be the same if she was more conservative in the way of dressing up or if she wasn't so divalicious. Where is the problem in being classy different and still be talented? Her persona may overshadow the artist, I agree but to actually say her legacy may be stained with her behavior (which for me it's not a bad behaviour, just over the top) is kinda bleak. It's her name in the history books, that no one can deny. Why are the fans so critical of her behaviour when all you should be focusing on wis her music? Just stop. (Saturday 22 August 2015; 23:20)

But don't come with the story she couldn't find the time to receive it back in 06 (or 07 I'm not sure ) because that is lame. I knew she declined it back in the 90's for a good, and I must say, humble reason but the story she has to be present and so on and she couldn't find the time to make it to the cerimony? Hummm I'm not convinced but she is getting it now and I couldn't be more enthusiastic about it because unlike many artists that came after her and already have one, Mariah's star has a story, a true legacy behind it and we can count only a few artists with such background on the Walk Of Fame. But it seems I always pay attention to them, even when they make me cringe. Mariah lipped this, she lipped that, she can't sing this part because of blah blah blah. Is it all you people think about? Is that why you people press play on the videos? I mean, lighten up a bit will you? I don't live in ignorance's bliss but I don't live obssessed with perfection either. Mariah lips - fact. But is she a worse person for it? No so why bother? If you feel like you're cheated or disapointed, close the door, lose the key and leave Mariah alone. The contract just ended and it wasn't renewed, it's business. Infinity the new single? Maybe but if it's coming out in April we won't need to wait much longer. Residency toughts (49,198) by QueenLambassador from Portugal I checked my phone this morning at 5 am and for some reason I couldn't sleep anymore (now I'm like a zombie). I'm happy with this move. Vegas isn't for losers, it's for the ones who earned the right to be there. The video from ellentube shows a very confident Mariah, with an actual smile and pride. I wish I could go the USA and support my girl but unfortunally I'll have to see the fanvideos and stuff. On a personal note, she could squeeze in Cry or Faded lol. I'm over the moon specially with the re-issue of #1's and a possible DVD of this. I can see my Christmas list 2015 getting ready already. (Thursday 15 January 2015; 16:35)

Reducing Mariah (48,936) by QueenLambassador from Portugal I don't understand why some suggest Mariah Carey should just bet on the Christmas shows and stop making albums because her days to produce hits are over. Don't get me wrong, she owns Christmas, it's a fact, but to reduce her to that is like mocking her legacy completly. Her Christmas music Is phenomenal but that isn't the music genre that made her great. Mariah should regroup, sort out whatever and come back with an album as good as MIAM.
