Re: A No No remix fake news (88,126) (88,136) by B from USA Billboard announced that A No No is being released on March 4th. Why is everyone acting like this era is a failure? According on several sites that compile chart data Caution has sold somewhere between 75,000 to 100,000 copies which is impressive considering Jay-Z and Beyoncé's joint album has only sold 500,000 copies. Even more so when you consider the public humiliations Mariah has endured over the four years. Mariah is going to do the rounds to promote the tour so let's wait and see how Roc Nation's and Epic's strategic plan plays out. So far they've accomplished exactly what they set out to do, regain the favor of Adult Contemporary and R&B radio. (Thursday 21 February 2019; 05:08)

As tour dates approach people will be buying tickets and by doing so they'll also be buying the album because Epic bundled tour tickets with copies of the album which will increase sales of the album. I think Mariah and Epic are going to release two more singles after A No No even if it's a complete and utter failure simply because they no longer seem concerned with Mariah topping the Hot 100 and instead are focusing their efforts on restablishing Mariah at Adult Contemporary and R&B radio which they've already accomplished with With You. With You is #3 on the Adult R&B Songs chart, #33 on the Top 40 chart, and #7 on the Adult Contemporary chart and on each has a bullet for gains in performance. (Thursday 21 February 2019; 05:07)

I saw the supposed denial from Missy but there are several official Missy Elliott Twitter accounts that all look legit and have links to her official site and iTunes, so who knows if she's on it or not. However, I'd include Breakdown, Can't Let Go (which would've been Mariah's sixth consecutive #1 if Sony hadn't pulled the single in attempt to boost sales of Emotions), and I Still Believe. When You Believe deserved to be a #1 on the Hot 100 for the simple fact that it was a miracle that Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston collaborated on a record. (Saturday 16 February 2019; 17:00)

"With a seductive yet haunting beat and pristine vocals, it immediately engages the listener. The song has clear tropical influences allowing it to sound current without overdoing it to sound trendy, a line Mariah has always been able to tread well. Her buttery vocals effortlessly slide atop the slick and cutting No I.D. produced beat. Its chorus might just be the best on the album, it just sticks. Caution is fresh, yet reminiscent of late 90s and early 2000s R&B such as Brandy's Never Say Never (1998) and Aaliyah's self-titled final album (2001), which is also probably why it sounds like something Drake would cook up.
