The Brazilian journalist José Norberto Flesch who is known as a guru about upcoming tours and events in music was asked if Mariah could be booked for Rock in Rio someday and his answer was "No. Rock in Rio is a festival of success." The secret (so why tell it?) projects were discussed by our beloved Stella in an interview with ET. The movie seems an interesting idea but everything that comes from her current team seems tacky and destined to flop. Also the projects looks far from being related to new music. NYE "performance" (70,649) by Carlos from Brazil It is impossible to visit the board and not mention what happened. Altought there is so much to say you guys most definitely said it all. This is a toxic combo of everything that could go wrong as an artist, a brand and a team. Slayriah in NY (69,213) by Carlos from Brazil I must say I was mad at Mimi for cancelling the tour in Brazil and the whole South America but she is slaying at Beacon and now I wonder where the American Idol judges and The Voice coaches on lamblyland are hidden. I will send it to the biggest Mariah site in Brazil (Mariah Now) so I hope they see it and show support. Some instagram photos on Mariah's account are very unflattering and the disconnection with the fans is clear. Drama (62,975) by Carlos from Brazil Since we are all in our own right to say anything here, sensitive or not (I'm fragile maybe, hahaha pun intended) I will say the only way Mariah would come back to the charts which she did with #Beautiful in her last album (I didn't see the dancer doing that in her last effort) is to share great music with the world. It was a Brazilian site knowm as papelpop.com and the interviewer taped it and posted it online like a podcast or something. She was kinda open and even talked about other artists. I don't generally post on the board altough I visit it everyday but in this time of crisis I had to go with the ones thinking it's a bad idea and a bad choice to respond to the magazine that way. I can't stop thinking about how this reality is going to make Mariah look cheap. I don't wanna live in the Glitter era again with Mariah being laughed at by each and everyone.
