About Malcolm from Asia:

Re: Radio has started playing I Don't (72,193) (72,204) by Malcolm from Asia
It's still trending though. Based on the amount of dislikes it gets, yes they probably press the repeat button because they want to see Mariah doing those awkward poses again. Or maybe those people are just some of JLo and Demi fans because when I watched some of the reaction videos for it, they all said that Mariah still looks good for her age and the song is good, even the casual people who just clicks the video because it's the #1 trending.

Live performance? (72,174) by Malcolm from Asia
I wonder if she will have a live performance for the song.

Re: Question about charts (72,146) (72,160) by Malcolm from Asia
Maybe AIWFCIY lacked on airplay. It definitely had some pretty good airplay but I guess it's not as strong as the top 10 songs last December. Honestly that song is the only one that have a chance at #1 because I don't see that she can still achieve that for her future releases. I think she can probably reach top 10 but that's it.

Re: Why are you here: George Golden from UK (72,150) (72,159) by Malcolm from Asia
If you think that you can't get nothing good from her anymore, why even bother? What's the agenda? To prove to everyone that you're right? That you know better than everyone else? "Be nice or leave."

Stella, how can you disappear?

#Beautiful (72,099) by Malcolm from Asia
If Mariah wants to have a video of just touching herself and pure vanity, this is how she must do it. Review that #Beautiful visual, though it doesn't have a story line, it's well directed, well choreographed, and portrays class. Mariah definitely needs a professional guidance in everything she does because she just doesn't have a good taste. She's worth 500 million, at least invest it on her creative needs. Hire Joseph Kahn once again or any other A-list directors. Don't forget that visuals are important too especially nowadays, your friend Beyoncé knows it very well, you should ask some advice from her. You're a [censored] legend, don't settle for less.

Music video (72,082) by Malcolm from Asia
What the? I will choose You're Mine's MV over this any day. I thought at least it'll be a well-crafted, but nope, she projects like it's her first video ever like she have no idea what she's doing. Cringed. Embarrassed. It ruined the song's decency. Wow. Delete and re-shoot that piece of shit.

Top 10 on iTunes (72,062) by Malcolm from Asia
I guess the majority likes it. I'm still happy and glad that everyone seems supporting it even though I don't really feel it at the moment. I do hope it grows on me.

I Don't (72,005) by Malcolm from Asia
"I don't" hate it but "I don't" love it either. Time to hire some new and fresh collaborators Mariah, this will not work out for you, go innovate your sound.

Re: Tommy Mottola (71,930) (71,939) by Malcolm from Asia
I don't really know what happened back in the day but I watched some videos, articles, etc. about the situation. After that, one thing has crossed my mind, what if Mariah's claim was just too far-fetched and overrated? But it's no doubt that Tommy is the mastermind behind Mariah's phenomenal success in the 90's, that's that.

Re: Whose the liar: Mariah or James? (71,917) (71,925) by Malcolm from Asia
Stella just isn't the right manager for Mariah period.

Re: Nevermind, it's a bop (71,782) (71,792) by Malcolm from Asia
Yes, there so much to say about the song, the lyrics, the intention but it's pretty decent so I'll just pass on it. Now, all it needs is a killer video and not a generic Mariah body touching moment, like give us something new this time please.

The Mariah Report (71,761) by Malcolm from Asia
Why on earth I only listen to this podcast now, all of our thoughts on Mariah right now was like synced in on their latest podcast. Like how Mariah's World is total garbage, gagging on Mishka (they read a part of Mariah Smith review on NYmag where Mishka confronts Mariah about that butt photo and it said: "Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven, take this wretched child off of my tv screen and put her in a classroom. We also ask that you show us her worker's permit. Amen." I can't ), hating on Stella and thankful that she's not been around lately, and how Mariah's team don't have any idea what brand Mariah have and that they don't know how to appreciate the lambs. Check it out, it's hilariously on point and frank.

Celine Dion on The Voice (71,755) by Malcolm from Asia
While Mariah is struggling to catch up in anything, here is Celine, just chilling and enjoying her legendary status. I guess no one can beat a person who leaves everyone a good impression and relationship and not drown by fame. Just sad Mariah, you let this everything to happen, you must be secured and celebrated by now if you do things the other way around. It's like she eats her own words and do the things she said she won't do 5, 10, 20 years ago. Great attitude will forever win no matter what even if you are now relying on backing tracks and can't sing like you used to in your heyday. Sigh. Great job Celine.

New song (71,747) by Malcolm from Asia
I don't want to judge the song this early. At least I like some parts of it based on the snippet but one thing's for sure, Mariah's career went from being messy to corny real quick. That removing of the engagement ring was so cringy and dramatically tasteless. Don't tell me that's the official music video, it's absurd. Invest on the visuals Mariah if can't pull off in the other aspects, that's key nowadays. What is happening?

Re: Everyone asking: why open for Lionel? (71,639) (71,645) by Malcolm from Asia
Because we know for a fact that Mariah isn't selling in the US when it comes to touring. Maybe she deserves more but I appreciate that they billed her as "very special guest" and for me it's not really an issue because in all of the articles and Wikipedia, they mentions Lionel and Mariah as co-headliners of the tour. I think this is much better than having her own US tour that will not sell-out and will be branded as flop by the media (we know they love Mariah to fail). She needs a support first before she embarks a solo tour in her own country again, sad but true.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey's sister Alison begs for a reconciliation (71,418) (71,422) by Malcolm from Asia
And the way she addressed it on the show is so immature and shady, a 46 year old woman indeed.

Re: MW Ep 6 - Hero (71,413) (71,415) by Malcolm from Asia
Yeah, it's bs like it is one of the most boring and choppiest reality show that I've ever seen, even in that "reality show" category it's nothing compared to KUWTK. Well maybe that's why they always says that, just for the viewers to hold on lol.

Re: MW Ep 6 - Hero (71,404) (71,412) by Malcolm from Asia
I always hear them say "just watch the show and you'll see", so is it possible that this entire thing is pure bogus and there will be some kind of "revelation" at the end of the show? Like "this is not me, this is an experiment and I fooled you" kind of thing?

Mariah's World (71,290) by Malcolm from Asia
James Corden have this "TV Roundup" segment on his show and the latest feature of it is Mariah's World. They had some skit for it and all that but based on their reactions when the show was brought up, they clearly think that Mariah is a joke right now and not in a good way. I honestly feel that the majority of her peers in the industry are giving her the respect because of her contributions in music and her as a "legend", but Mariah as a person? I don't think I can say the same (just look at her latest Ellen interview). It's just sad that she allows the "diva persona" to overpower her authentic self in the eye of the public. "She's in on the joke", but how long it will be? Or maybe she's just really become a joke? It's sad that these days, no one really gives a shit about her except the people on her payroll. I just hope that all of this tacky relevancy will reflect on her next album and shock us that the "joke era" is finally gone and the real Mariah is back when the promotion starts.

Re: Worried (70,909) (70,916) by Malcolm from Asia
Just fire Stella. I hope Shawn or Lee will help her to get rid of that woman, she's toxic, cheap, and opportunistic. I'm glad more and more articles are writing her off because this means people can also realize that she's incapable for her job. Mariah probably earned a lot of money under her management but it's not worth it and deserving for Mariah's caliber, reputation and credibility.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey team: Here's what really happened (70,696) (70,717) by Malcolm from Asia
My question is, why is that the album version of We Belong Together was the one being played? Does that mean Mariah planned to lip the whole song? If it is indeed to help her and just a back-up plan, then how can they have that already instead of just the instrumental with the pre-recorded vocals at the climax? Is it normal for every live performances? So if that's the case, they can obviously cut it right before WBT starts (and for Stella being an aggressive, I know she can go straight to the booth just to stop it) to save Mariah from embarrassment. And also why Mariah knew that it's the album version that early? It's interesting. I wish she didn't sang along to it so that it doesn't look like she's lip syncing because no matter how Mariah's team or anyone defends that it's a technical malfunction, 90% of the people already named and believed it was a lip syncing fail, and Gigi was right, this huge reaction that they don't really care for Mariah anymore is the consequence on how she was presented herself and by her team in public for this past 2 years. A great live performance and appropriate behavior is the only way she can redeem herself from it, so good luck with that Dubai Jazz Festival in February, I hope she will be prepared on it and remind Stella what is the timezone in Dubai so that she can't be late. All eyes will be on her next performance so go hard on that one.

Re: Like Godmother like daughter (70,646) (70,666) by Malcolm from Asia
But the thing with Patti and other singers that suffered a related mishap, they handled it like a pro. It could've been better if she approached it differently, like cut the music and say in front of millions of people that there is a problem and sincerely apologize so that she didn't get huge criticism like this. But the damage has been done and I just hope she sees this incident as an opportunity to do better next time and reflect from it. However, I just heard that this can be possibly an inside job for the sake of Mariah's World. If that's true, Shawn, Brett, Lee should help Mariah to get rid of Stella because this is not shaping up well (see Stella's Billboard article), just the fact that Mariah is making headlines all in a bad way. And please help her in her mental health, because honestly if she's in the right state of mind, all of this bs would not have happened. She's already 46, she should know better because like what she said it will always comes down to her. Take responsibility for your actions like an adult and keep in mind that work ethic is everything whether you're a legend or not. One thing that will help this nightmare to diminish is to do a Facebook Live and sing a song, straight up live, because we all know that's the whole point of why people is going nuts about this.

New Year's Eve fiasco (70,511) by Malcolm from Asia
Well done Mariah, well done. You're a [censored] singer, just sing your ass off and show your professionalism. Your credibility just reached a new low. I can't believe it, it's like all the effort she's done for the past two years since after that 2014 Rockefeller are put into waste. Enough already and take a rest, you can't handle your own [censored] and the sad part is you're already a grown ass woman and a mother of two. Seek help, no one is fond of you anymore.

Re: Thoughts on WWHL (70,085) (70,097) by Malcolm from Asia
I don't think her response to Demi was a shade because it's too damn real and straight to the point, you can clearly tell that she's pissed. About Ariana, it could've been better if she just mentioned that time Nick showed her the Emotions cover of hers but unaware of her songs because she's more into hip hop than pop instead of that another "I don't know her". But anyway, that Demi remark was just the best, I'm glad she said it like that, she stood up for herself.
