His best song in recent memory is Wild Thoughts. To be quite honest Khaled is the worst producer of the current music climate he is just all over the place because of his ties to Roc Nation and relationships with different artists other than that he would be another struggling artist/producer trying to get that big break. If she was releasing an album this fall, she wouldn't be signing to be in Vegas or hop-scotching all around Southeast Asia. And why does anyone think MC is going to bare all? She's an icon. Even if she has fallen to the gutter, which she hasn't, she knows she will never escape nude pics or their notoriety. She also knows her kids will have to deal with an unprescedented amount of teasing or bullying during adolescence. She will probably be nude with strategically place nipple and vaginal coverings. I used to bump that album super loud because my parents live in the country so nobody would call the police on us for playing the music too loud. Well I came out of what used to be my bedroom one day and my younger sister said, "You think you're hot sh*t huh? Especially when you listen to that song about the doors that lift up from the floor." TTF is the weakest song of Pharrell's career, a sorry excuse for a song and a total waste of space that should have been given to "When I Feel It". Heck even "Secret Love" and " Sprung" are much stronger tracks than that senseless incomplete mess of a demo that should have been left at that. Everything about it sounds all over the place, thrown together and incomplete. I would describe it as a wrinkle on a perfectly ironed shirt and that high note run at the end didn't fool us lambs. After listening to "We belong together" I thought this is a typical magic Mariah song. I had it on repeat over and over. And I knew this would be another number one. Other favorites by the first time: Mine again, Stay the night, Get your number, Circles and definitely Joy Ride. I read a lot of fans don't like TTF, I liked the Neptunes and Nelly at that time, so that collabo seemed cool to me. I still enjoy it. (Thursday 17 May 2018; 20:12)

The reviews of Charmbracelet said Mariah's voice was in tatters weighed heavily on my mind. Was Mariah's voice really shot? After listening to TEOM I was relieved that Mariah was singing in her full voice again instead of cooing and whispering. Disclaimer, I've always thought Mariah singing in her highly debated whisper register was a stylistic choice and not an attempt to mask her vocal decline. (Thursday 17 May 2018; 17:09)

Mariah late to the party? (82,433) by T from USA I know Mariah is at a different place in her life and music then all the others, but she is still trying to compete and I just can't help but feel that her timing is killing her. I mean every singer is releasing something for this summer and if Mariah is working with the same producers (DJ Khaled, etc) her stuff is going to sound so dated by the time she's "ready" to show it off. I'm not saying to rush anything but now if she does have a Khaled collab it will obviously seem like a JLo rip off. Dinero is fire. It always feels like everyone beats Mariah to the punch. Remember the days when Mariah was the trend setter and first to the party with all her new songs. She has no choice but to do something completely different at this point. If she comes with the the same old stuff (JD, BMC) or the producers everyone else is using (DJ Khaled) then she will be so far behind at this point. (Thursday 17 May 2018; 14:16)
