Mariah takes bubble bath in diamonds and nothing else

Mariah Carey had a vision of suds, and it was all that she turned out to be: Even when she's indulging in some downtime, she's still operating at maximum Mimi. The 46-year-old singer, actress and soon-to-be reality star Instagrammed a few sudsy shots Thursday morning to show her fans how she unwinds after a long day at the recording studio. And it's just as glamorous as one would expect.

Carey treated herself to a nice warm bubble bath, and if we had to guess, those aren't the only bubbles on hand - knowing the diva, she has a glass of Champagne somewhere just out of frame. "Bubbly times selfie," she captioned one closeup shot as she smiled flirtatiously for the camera.

And of course, the singer has draped her décolletage in diamonds - she sparkles from every angle with jewelry dripping from her ears, neck and wrists, as you can see in the zoomed-out, legs-centric shot below. In its caption, Carey promised her fans new music was on the way. "Just got home after a long night at the studio," she wrote. "New music coming soon yay."

While fans will have to wait a bit for Carey music, they won't have to wait long to see more of Carey. (And we don't just mean in the "sexy bathtub selfies" sense.) She's guesting on the upcoming third season of Empire - as a singer named Kitty who joins Jamal (Jussie Smollett) in the recording studio.

And there will surely be plenty of outrageous Carey moments on her upcoming eight part E! docu-series series, Mariah's World. "There is no typical day in Mimi's life," she says of her schedule in its trailer. "I'm so exhausted!" Might we suggest a bubble bath?

Yes, Mariah, we already know:
1. You have tons of diamond jewelries.
2. You love getting naked.
3. You can't resist to take bubble baths.
Give us something new.

Now this is beyond unnecessary - it's downright rubbing it in others' faces. Do you hear that? That's the collective "ugh" from disappointed fans around the world as they roll their eyes while sipping "normal people champagne" waiting for more worthwhile, music-related news.
