Mariah Carey takes her kids to Aspen

A quality time with her twins is all Mariah Carey wants for Christmas. The diva celebrated Christmas Eve on Sunday, December 24 with her children Moroccan and Monroe, whom she shares with ex-husband Nick Cannon, in Aspen, Colorado.

The "Touch My Body" hitmaker took to her Instagram account to share a picture of her and the 6-year-old twins having some fun with Santa Claus. Mariah bundled up in a red puffy jacket, twinning with her children. Several reindeer could be seen lining behind the star. "Merry Christmas! Thank you Santa and the reindeer for stopping by. See you next year," she wrote in the caption.

The singer also shared a video from the Winter Wonderland-themed outing. "Look at this. It's snowing, there's a Santa Claus and there's reindeer," Mariah exlaimed in the video. "Last night, in the snow. Next stop Christmas morning. Merry Christmas," she captioned the video.

Prior to this, Mariah was spotted shopping around in Aspen. The chart-topper singer, who was clad in crop-top Puffy jacket and jeans, was all smiles while shopping at Ralph Lauren. For the outing, Mariah completed her look with a pair of eye-catching Dior boots while letting her blonde locks fall to her shoulders.

In related news, it'd been confirmed that Mariah would return to "New Year's Rockin' Eve" following last year's fiasco. "We can all agree that last year didn't go exactly as planned and we are thrilled to move forward together to provide America with an incredible night of music and celebration on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018," the singer said in a statement. "See you in Times Square."

The annual show will air live starting at 8 P.M. on December 31 on ABC. Also set to perform at the event are Camila Cabello, Nick Jonas, Bangtan Boys a.k.a BTS, Kelly Clarkson and more.
