Iconic talk show host Oprah Winfrey received no shortage of heartfelt tributes from her celebrities pals, like Ava DuVernay and Reese Witherspoon, on her 67th birthday. Despite having to remain socially distant from friends and family, the 18-time Emmy winner was flooded with well-wishes from loved-ones across social media.
In an eloquent Instagram caption, Mariah Carey, who has previously described Winfrey as her "frien"' and "therapist", gushed about their close bond over the years. "Thank you for forever changing my life for the better as you have done for so many others," the 50-year-old pop diva wrote. "OVE you from the bottom of my heart."
Additionally, she shared a throwback of them together after a 2002 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, where she discussed recovering from an emotional and physical breakdown.
