On April 14, 1998, VH1 presented "Divas Live", a one-of-a-kind concert starring Celine Dion, Aretha Franklin, Gloria Estefan, Shania Twain and Mariah Carey, which was broadcast live on VH1 from New York's Beacon Theater.

"A natural woman" was the first single of the album, released in November 1998. This song is sung by Aretha Franklin, Carole King, Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Shania Twain and Mariah Carey. No wonder it is abbreviated as Divas. It was only released as a promotional copy.
