Mariah Carey performs in final Las Vegas residency show

Mariah Carey's iconic Las Vegas residency has come to a climactic end. The 47-year-old chart topping diva has played through 50 performances over the past two years at Ceasars Palace's venue The Colosseum. And on Tuesday night, her critically acclaimed Number 1 to Inifinity show came to a close for the final time having first launched back in May 2015.
Mariah stunned fans as she belted through her 18 American number 1 singles - and bonus end track Infinity - in her now trademark dazzling outfits. For her show climax, Mariah once again threw on her fishnets and rhinestone embellished costumes as she worked her way through her most famous tunes.

The singer put on a blinding performance - wearing her curves-flashing outfits - just hours after a more lacklustre dance routine saw her mocked by critics. But proving she has the most unrivalled voice in music history (Guinness Book of World Records held her as having a "dolphin" level range covering seven octaves), Mimi blew away her final audience with her incredible voice.
Taking to Twitter after the grand climax, one fan wrote: "50 shows in 6 legs since 2015, +170,000 spectators from all over the world, 18 No.1 hits, only 1 diva: Mariah Carey wraps up #1 to Infinity." Another tweeted: "Mariah Carey #1 to Infinity the best day of my life. Thank you for choosing to do this for the lambs. It was a fabulous run darling."

Meanwhile other fans are looking forward to what the diva will do next - as she is soon to embark on a joint headline tour with Lionel Ritchie and is reportedly working on a new album (and famously tends to appear during Christmas to sing one of her most iconic songs - All I Want For Christmas Is You).
"The #1 to Infinity residency has officially ended. Thank you Mariah Carey for the unforgettable moments. Can't wait for the next era to begin," one fan gushed. "Mariah is everything me, thank God I found her. What a beautiful Vegas night and amazing 2 years of #1 to Infinity. Five months until the Christmas shows," tweeted another clearly excited fan.

She looks awful. *scratches head* Deluded? Enabled by sycophantic Stella? Trying her best to flush was residual professional respect she has from her glory days down a bling'd out toilet? It's anyone's guess at this point. Girl needs some reflection time and an alcohol/management detox.

I saw the real pictures online and the person claimed these are fake. I sure hope so. Jeez, these are bad. It isn't because she's heavy but the outfit is really unflattering. Very bad if they are real, but I would think they are fake.
