Maybe her children like that and are really into Halloween. Mariah's always festive with every holiday.

I found the look on Mariah's face at the end when "When you believe" won quite funny like she already didn't know her. Did anyone else ever notice this lol.

I read she can't while performing shows in Vegas. Something that has to with hours or miles from Vegas.

Legacy HBF members tickets (85,286)
by Atwood from NY
| |
|

Am I the only one who noticed I couldn't purchase any close seats what so ever for the "Caution" tour? Nothing good popped up and everything was far away. I tried 1, 2, 3, 4 and all filters and I couldn't get any decent seats. I also was waiting 10 minutes before 10 when they went on sale. Just didn't seem right to me.

My group of friends who used to crack on me for being a Mariah fan and didn't care for 90's Mariah actually seem to like her new tracks. So I guess whoever doesn't like them it's just not your cup of tea. Move on it's not the end of the world. At the end of the day Mariah will be Mariah, and nobody will tell her what to do.

"The Distance" (85,081)

Now that I played the song dozens of times and read the lyrics, part of me thinks this could be about us lambs. Just a thought, but clearly can go either way.

Also for her 2013, American Idol pre recorded season finale performance. We don't have time to name all the others lol. I loved the AMAs performance.

I know and you are very correct. I came across this on twitter earlier, Mariah: *exists* Locals: can't sing- Mariah: *sings* Locals: lipped - Mariah: *sings acapella* Locals: she is just standing there - Mariah: *dances* Locals: does she have to wear that.. Mariah will forever never make people not happy and it's sad.

Question about sales (84,519)
by Atwood from NY
| |
|
|
Does she really need a single that sets off and climbs high on the charts? Or even enters Billboard Hot 100? If I'm not mistaking I recall several well many many artists that never have hit singles for any album they release. Why would they take the time and effort on releasing a buzz single, then announcing the actual official single and having these listening parties? I'm pretty sure whatever happens the album is gonna drop with or without a hit. On another note I am actually surprised the video for "With you" hasn't been released yet.

"Make sure to tune in for what promises to be an unforgettable performance." As much as I love Mariah and "With You", I am questioning how they can create a unforgettable performance. Lol, will Mariah actually be at the award show? Or will she be performing from a different location? Will Mariah and JLo actually come together for once. It is very odd that both performers are being advertised as performing their song for the first time ever. Makes you wonder.

Negativity (84,361)
by Atwood from NY

The point I am trying to make with this message is, Take a look at Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Britney Spears, just to drop a few names. All of these female artists have completely changed since their "first" album. Their music now is completely different on all of their last albums released. These female artists have reached their prime and none of them will ever look back and re create songs or similar songs ever again. They move on with today's trends and what is popular in the moment. Mariah is going on 3 decades and her 15th studio album. Some will love it and some will hate it. Mariah is speaking about her life and recording what she enjoys. Mariah is no longer a pop artist. R&B/Soul is her category. Charts don't matter, she will never have a song spend 14 or 16 weeks at #1 again. She's not going to make amazing music videos and she's more than likely not going to promote or spend everyday on talk shows. And why is that? Mariah is just enjoying the creative process of writing her own music and being happy in the recording studio expressing what she has gone through or going through. Things change, people change, priorities change and life in general changes.
