Mariah Carey gets gifts from "Idol" audience
Mariah Carey might be judging on American Idol, but fans have already found the location to be a perfect place to give the artist a gift. Unlike Taylor Swift who hires out a company for all her fan mail and it ends up in the dump before being read, it appears that Mariah Carey has a more direct approach with the fans and she can even prove it. On Wednesday night after American Idol, the entertainer shared a picture of a gift she got from the audience.
"Got this from a lamb pon de audience. Thank you," tweeted Mariah Carey from her official Twitter account. The picture attached to the note was a cute little doll that the star acquired during the taping of the show.
Luckily the star is able to connect with the fans who arrive at American Idol. Showing up on time, the celebrity seems to be taking her job a little bit more serious than other members of the panel. That being said, she has more time to mingle with the audience and even pick up a few gifts along the way. (Examiner)
