Mariah and Nick did not argue at Kids' Choice Awards
|
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon did not argue at the Kids' Choice Awards, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this flimsy claim about a fight. We're told it's completely untrue.
According to OK!, while Cannon and Carey appeared to be "family friendly" at Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday, "that doesn't seem to be the case". The tabloid alleges that even though they "put on a united front around the cameras", Cannon and Carey were "not as happy once inside". A so-called "source" tells the publication the exes "had an argument of some sort while they were sitting in their seats".
The same supposed "insider" further contends the argument didn't blow over. Carey eventually "got up and left, and Nick went over to her manager and grabbed his kids", asserts the purported source. "Mariah didn't return to her seat," adds the questionable tipster.
It's rather odd that only OK!'s "source" witnessed this while none of the thousands of other people in attendance at the Kids' Choice Awards saw it. Also, the tabloid's insider claims Carey and Cannon engaged in "an argument", but had no idea what it was about. A skeptic might think the repeatedly disproven magazine possibly fabricated this dramatic tale.
But since the outlet mentioned that Nick allegedly "went over to her manager and grabbed his kids", Gossip Cop reached out to Carey's manager to find out what happened. We're told there was no argument whatsoever. In fact, Carey's manager assures us the magazine's article is "total BS".
Sadly, we're not surprised by the falsity of the tabloid's story. A couple of weeks ago, Gossip Cop corrected the magazine when it wrongly reported Carey was feuding with Lionel Richie, with whom she was slated to tour. That was 100 percent untrue, and so is this latest unfounded report about Carey and Cannon having an argument at the Kids' Choice Awards.

Most of the stories that are being "debunked" are ones I have not even heard about before they were "debunked". Like I think the all the recent stories in which we got Stella's response and all like "Mariah supposedly feuding with Joe Jonas" (out of all people), "Mariah is marrying Tanaka", "Mariah did not have sex at a restaurant toilet" are stories that I never came across until Gossip Cop "debunked" it with quotes from Stella. No one was even talking about these, not even Wendy haha, so why even bother responding? The only one that was worth responding to was the "Mariah is getting dropped by the label" one (if only Stella could stop being trashy for one and act like an educated professional). I don't get why she's responding to these weird stories that people never even heard about.

Lol I read about that story and immediately thought Stella leaked it. Maybe she leaks, then debunks. Most fans really just want Mariah and family to be OK, nobody really cares about Stella and her "heroics".

I saw this on Bossip. I hadn't heard or seen anything else from any other blog or new site. All Bossip did was quote what OK magazine said. I would think that if they had a fight at an awards show this would be everywhere.
