Mariah Carey is going big for the 25th anniversary of her iconic Christmas song, "All I Want For Christmas Is You", and she's starting right now.
In a video captioned, "Breaking news" that's already been viewed more than 3 million times by Friday morning, Carey is seen getting a call from Santa Claus on November 1.
Carey says in the video, "Santa! It's time," right before her iconic 1994 song, "All I Want For Christmas Is You", begins to play.
But that wasn't all: the singer treated fans to previously unreleased video footage of the music video for the hit, which shows the Grammy Award winner playing in the snow, playing with animals and, of course, dancing with Mr. Claus.
"All I Want For Christmas Is You", written by Carey and Brazilian songwriter Walter Afanasieff, is the singer's bestselling single of all time.
Having sold 16 million copies worldwide and earning $60 million in royalties by 2017, according to the Economist, it's also the bestselling Christmas single by a female artist ever.
'Tis the season!
