Mariah Carey is passing the family recipes on to the next generation. The pop icon, 54, shared video on Instagram where daughter Monroe, 12, helps out with a Thanksgiving family tradition.
"The making of Anointed Greens!" she captioned the video, where Monroe can be seen assisting Carey with the many steps of her family recipe. Carey shares Monroe and her twin brother Moroccan with ex Nick Cannon.
Last fall, the Queen of Christmas shared an important Thanksgiving revelation with People, recalling how the dish got its title.
"It was two years ago at Thanksgiving, and I was making a pot of greens. They were so good we named them the Anointed Greens," she recalled. "Cooking for my friends and family, everything that I was doing at the time, I thought, 'Wow, this is so different from when I was little.'"
