Re: Advocate or poser? (63,461) (63,498) by Musti from UK
Nice post Natalia. She has inspired countless gay men. It would have indeed been comforting. I don't doubt for a second that she cares to be honest. I like that she never tried to own any particular group or minority the way GaGa did as it can come across fake the way GaGa does sometimes. But this time round circumstances were a little different. If it really is Mishka running her social media accounts, someone needs to send that girl back to school. More than Mariah's silence, I was heartbroken by some of the things said here. I really felt like I don't belong here anymore. Anyway despite my disappointment here I am already back on the board. In all my years as a lamb I'd never seen the lambily so divided, not even when it comes to her voice. I hope we can all recover from this.

Re: Lambily (63,482) (63,497) by Malcolm from Asia
I apologize if my post came as dreary I guess I just felt worn out reading this board in the past few days. I do agree with you though, she deserves a management that is on her level.

Do you care for me beyond idolization? (63,496) by Norman from USA
This Demi Lavoto mess is sickening. [censored] The woman, admittedly, had a lapse in judgment for sticking her nose in where it didn't belong, but to have her IG blasted with hateful messages about her mental illness, and to then invite her to continue to self mutilate because of an opinion you don't agree with? That's (all caps) what you want to feel proud about and congratulate your fellow "lambs" about? That's a damn right shameful and dehumanizing thing to do to another human being - particularly one who's been so open and forthcoming about their struggles.
Go ahead and share how much "Outside", "Close My Eyes", "Looking In", "Languishing", etc., got you through something because you felt like an outcast, but there you are tearing someone down for something utterly trivial. Smdh.

Re: Demi attacks Mariah (63,491) (63,495) by Malcolm from Asia
She's totally out of the line, I'm in shock when I saw the news and the posts. But I'm also glad that majority of the people is on the right side, she got dragged with her own actions.

Demi Lovato (63,494) by Giovanni from USA
I don't know her. And neither does Mariah. So moving on.

Demi Lovato (63,493) by Malcolm from Asia
This girl clearly doesn't know what the history is behind that Mariah and JLo thing, and yet she chooses to voice her unnecessary opinions. Mariah only shades/diss when it's due, it's not like she's saying these things because she only wants to with no apparent reason, she just speaks up her mind in that sense. But this is what I'm saying, Demi is the representation of the general public who doesn't get Mariah and only sees her as this arrogant and egocentric diva. Sadly it is like this, this, and this. Saying that you don't care about the public's take on her, but yeah, she is one of the most misunderstood personalities in Hollywood.

Demi attacks MAriah (63,491) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
In the past I felt bad for Demi for her issues, physical and mental (even though I don't care for her music). But over the months, she has turned into this "holier than thou" person who thinks only she is good, the rest is wrong. Calling out Taylor Swift for helping Kesha financially and all, trying to make it about her. Then yesterday she comes for the queen of the music industry and she thought people will just let it slide? You don't just mess with Mariah Carey and think the lambs won't attack. It wasn't just the lambs, lot of other people including publications came at Demi for calling out Mariah over a meme that Mariah probably (in fact I'm sure she doesn't) have any clue about. Yet again she is trying to get headlines by using other famous names. Her own much hyped album failed to make much impact and she is just coming across as bitter and hateful. There was absolutely no need for her to drag Mariah over a fan made meme and then dig her grave further by continuing to make more statements. Demi, have all the seats in the stadium, don't come for a legend when your input in the music industry has been zero. I am glad to see Mariah's lamb stand behind her along with other people. Shows that the lambily might not always agree with what Mariah does, but if anyone else says anything about Mariah, you better be ready to get dragged. You tried it Demi. Here is the meme by the way.

Attack from the Lambs Galore (63,490) by TRAVON AUSTIN from United States
I am loving the Lambs response to Demi Lovato's stupid posts. They are dragging her to oblivion. They are spamming every picture of hers on Instagram and giving the poor girl mental health issues. Some people are telling her to cut her wrists because that's what they prefer over her singing and others are calling her names left and right. Some people are just dragging her telling her that Mariah Carey's success will always be better than hers. All her posts are filled with lambs everywhere. The most funny thing about this is Mariah Carey never spoke about the meme in the first nor said anything to begin with. Demi Lovato always wants to insert herself and she got the equivalent of the beyhive. Lambs unite, don't come for us.

Cool video (63,489) by Warren from Trinidad & Tobago
I just happened to come across this and I think the wide "range" is incredible and the progression sounds stunning how the person uploaded it. I thought we should be talking about music a little bit more if that's okay. Enjoy if you haven't already.

Re: The whistles (63,444) (63,488) by 123 from USA
I love Chante Moore. Highly underrated and over qualified. She's another one Kelly Price used to shade Mariah and then turned on because she was insecure and jealous of. She admitted it in the reunion to the Divas show they were on together. Are you referring to this performance by Chante? I love her. Wish she and Mariah would perform together or do a record. It would be great to see what they would come up with vocally.

Re: The whistles (63,437) (63,487) by 123 from USA
I think she has been focusing on improving the rest of her voice for that very reason. Instead of hiding behind her whistle register she seems to have decided to become disciplined again on caring for her voice. When she sings in full voice her tone sounds buttery and fluid now. Even though her belts aren't very high, they sound clear, resonant, and stronger than before. She's even holding some belts now instead of touching the note and sounding dry. I rather her continue to work on her voice and regain some of her higher belting range then a bunch of notes in the whistle register. I rather she go back to using it creatively as a background instead of in your face.

Re: Let's go back to what Lee Daniels said (63,476) (63,485) by Chris from United States
Yes, let's just deem Lee Daniels as the spokesperson for all gays, shall we? I'm just wondering, if this award was to be given after this tragic event, if she would've been the recipient, it probably would've swayed in an actual equal rights activist's favor.

Isn't Donatella Versace friends with Mariah? It would be amazing if Mariah becomes the face of Versace.

Re: Lambily (63,453) (63,482) by B from USA
It's bleak to say the least. Be nice or leave. Constructive criticism is fine. I think she needs a manager and needs to hire a classy lamb to run her social media accounts. She needs someone that understands the Mariah Carey brand and image. Stella doesn't understand. She clearly doesn't know how big of a star Mariah is. Mariah's Hallmark Christmas movie and concert were watched by over three million viewers. In Ameria hit shows now get a million viewers.

Make It Happen (63,478) by Lee TS from USA
This song is so powerful. The lyrics never rang truer for me than the last 2 months, hence my absence. I want to be one of those lambs that can say she gave me some peace when no one was around. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Let's go back to what Lee Daniels said (63,476) by Edouard from France
Remember Glaad Awards? Lee Daniels had amazing things to say about Mariah and the fact that her involvement in human causes goes beyond what the general public knows and that she doesn't necessarily needs to advertise it. I personnaly think that it's okay for celebrities not to always comment on the news because it can also play against them and make them look "attention-thirsty" (for a lack of a better word). What can she say anyway? Of course she's sorry.

Mariah's World (63,474) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
In a recent interview with E Entertainment, the interviewer asks her something like what is the most interesting thing that will be in the documentary that fans wouldn't expect. Mariah answered something along the lines of "there are of moments that people will be like wow that's interesting". Then she goes on to say "honestly some of the time I wasn't even there". We all know what that means. I had to lie down for a while. Haha just kidding. I'll leave the link. I know the article is posted on this website. But I don't think the video was posted.

"You cannot tell me what to think, feel, and say", yet everyone here can tell Mariah what to think, feel, and say?
