Incredible album. With the right promotion, these four songs have the potential to take this project to multi-platinum status:

1. "Mi" - Pure perfection. Modern, fresh, and universally relatable.
2. "Play This Song" - Another undeniable hit.
3. "My Love" - My personal favorite. This is classic Mariah reminiscent of her iconic 90s era. An absolutely stunning rendition.
4. "Jesus I Do" - A must for gospel airwaves. This one has hit song written all over it.

I've been a devoted supporter since June 1990, and I couldn't be more proud of Mariah. Her vocal ability remains unmatched.

Here For It All is brilliant (111,499) by Bill from the UK

So let's sidestep the vocal thing - I've moved to accept where she is vocally, the old girl's doing the best with what she's got.

Sonically, musically, lyrically, melodically, and emotionally this album is absolutely wonderful. The 70s production and sound running throughout is brilliant, and I wish she'd done that more. At times it reminded me of Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite.

My Love is beautiful, Jesus I Do with the Clark Sisters is up there with her better gospel numbers, especially as it's more in a "You Bring the Sunshine" vibe.

In fact, the weakest tracks are probably the singles. And some songs could do with being a bit longer. It's like this is the daytime celebration, and Caution is the downbeat evening counterpart. Like HFIA is the following day, looking ahead with nothing but positivity.

I didn't think I'd like it this much, but it was worth the wait and I'll be playing it non stop. Well done Mariah, great job.

HFIA - ode to afterlife (111,498) by MhieMhie from Vietnam

I can't help but to feel a rollercoaster of emotions especially with HFIA. This is the only song where she acknowledged her mortality. I hope she is not sick like the album is sadness painted as music with the lyrics direct to anguish, longing, pain. Despite the kiss off tracks can't help to feel the heaviness of the album. She bares it all for here for it all.

In other news, I agree with one post here that if she recorded this at E=MC2 era - these songs will glisten and shine differently. I loved it though regardless. I think as a lamb, it is natural for us to find the voice that shaped and molded us.

Wow this album really took me by surprise, if that was possible because I really avoided the snippets. The last 4 songs I Won't Allow It, My Love, Jesus I Do, HFIA is so compact emotionally, they really tugs the heart. In Your Feelings and Nothing is Impossible is one long timeless feels. By 3rd, 4th listen, I'm already obsessed.

The album is great on first listen, feels like old Mariah at times. My only wish was that she had done more of these type of songs on previous later albums with her stronger voice as this is Mariah.

First impression (111,490) by Max from Germany

My first impression: Mariah has made an album in which she has embarked on a new musical direction. Her voice is very different in quality and a bit above the level of Caution. So far, I like every song except "Play This Song". I'm impressed by "Nothing is Impossible". The solo version of "Sugar Sweet" is one of the best songs of the album. I don't like the full version of "Here For It All" as much. The snippets sounded better. "Mi" is also very good, as is "My Love". My absolute favorite: "In Your Feelings". "Jesus I Do" is a bit lame. "Confetti and Campagne" is also interesting in conjunction with "I Don't Allow It".

I don't remember crying before when listening to a Mariah album for the first time, and I'm not even in my feelings (no pun intended), but oh my, oh my. I'll come back for more commentary.

Here For It all - first listen (111,487) by Terna from Nigeria

‎It's a very solid album, with no fillers honestly, but with all her records, I gravitate towards some songs more than others and form opinions and sentiments of course. So far I have played the record through only once but specific songs on repeat, these are the ones that connected for me, more than the others.
‎1. Confetti and Champagne (I llove it and it's already on repeat.)
‎2.Mi ("Bragging rights riah" haha, that's right own that sh*t and that beat is wicked.)
‎3. "Nothing is impossible" (Mariah Carey's testimony, and I will never take it for granted.)
‎4. "Play this song" (A chuck full of that 70's sound. You can tell they were inspired by that it.)
‎5. "In your feelings" (Even from the clip posted, I liked it and love it now that I heard it in its entirety.)
‎Vocals are as best as she's capable of currently, that metallic edge has taken over most of her voice and constricts her upper register access. ‎This is an R&B/Soul record with a strong leaning to the 70's era sound. I love it.

I used to be active on here like the better part of a decade ago and I remember a gentleman named Andrew was also active on here and he had the distinction of slating and despising pretty much everything MC made post Butterfly and I'd just be curious to know if he still holds that position. It's also quite possible that he has long since jumped ship.

I was just thinking to myself earlier today how I truly don't value the critics (or anyone else's) opinion when comes to a new MC album. The critics have been very cynical and bias from the beginning when comes to her style of music and singing; and here we are decades later, legendary, and still creating songs that has helped people: articulate their first love connection, overcome a heartbreak, believe in themselves, restore their faith, dance, enjoy life, celebrate victories, and comfort you through all of life's up and downs. What would I look like overvaluing the opinion of someone who just thinks it's cool to not see the value in her music. If anything they discredit themselves for trying to deny her obvious impact.
