I actually had to play TAOLG and STD on Spotify to get what songs you all were talking about. I'm clearly not a big fan of a lot of songs post 2010, except some songs of course. The album Caution was ok, but I never plays it. I might give it a spin the next time I drive.

Here For It All... so far (110,386) by Shezz from Pk

So in one of the interviews she just said she will be performing 4 songs from HFIA at Sandringham. Bobby A I'm sure you caught that. I hope one of them is the title track which she said has gospel and jazz tangents. If the leaked song titles are to be believed, she wrote that with Daniel Moore. Very unlike her to perform unreleased songs at a concert, that even a festival kind.

While it's taken me a while to get used to her 2025 interview energy, some of them haven't been all that bad. Excited for Alan Carr on Monday. I do hope she starts talking about the album soon, I understand she doesn't want to reveal too much about it this early but then why do all these album interviews. I suppose they're more for her to tell the gp she's doing non Christmas music and she'll probably do more in depth music ones at the time of release like that Genius one she did with Caution.

I love how she was discussing her "defrosting" with an interviewer with such a straight face.

While I did like TD and SS, they're certainly not up there with her more iconic singles from the 2000s. According to insiders, SS remixes are coming soon. Will be interesting if that's true. I'm glad TD is having some success on certain charts. Both the singles, though not MC singles strong, are definitely top 40 worthy for today's music.

I do hope there are a good amount of songs with more mature and meaningful lyrics on the album. SS is a reinterpretation of Honey of sorts, at least a similar subject matter but Honey was written with so much more sophistication.

I have made peace with her 2025 voice but she has full control over her penmanship still.

I understand that she is still chasing success and numbers and that's why she released these singles hoping to grab the attention of the younger audience that drives the streaming based charts now but I really do hope she has more.

Kudos for all the radio interview efforts - time for some podcasts and tv appearances.

I love "Save the day" and I think it was going to be the last song on "The art of letting go" if I'm not mistaken. I would like MC to keep her album titles short. I hated "Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel" and "Me I am Mariah The Elusive Chanteuse". I would have simply went with "Imperfect" and "The Elusive Chanteuse". "Here for it all" is fine and I'm looking forward to hearing it. Everyone on my X account seems most excited for the collab with Anderson .Paak.

I almost forgot about the "pandemic" song. I always end the rarities with "Lullaby of Birdland". I love Lauryn Hill but somehow the sample doesn't work so well on "Save the day". But the jazz song is wonderful, it's so good.

Billboard was actually speculating that Mariah is a possible contender for the Video Vanguard award this year. It would make sense to see Mariah win something given she has a new album coming out and has never received a VMA award before.

I thought that was evident by her singing the title track

for the cover reveal. I also love the level of unbotheredness she is giving recently, and the revelation that KP went up to space. I'm certain the album title was originally "Here For It All... Unless You're Mi". And also, I don't think there was ever an intention for there to be a video for SS outside of the lyric video we got. They filmed them singing along to the track, that's all they're gonna do for it.

Type Dangerous jazz version (110,375) by Giovanni from USA

I was just wondering if anyone else could hear a jazz version of "Type Dangerous"? It would definitely work and I so just MC would do some jazz tracks in the future. When I heard "Lullaby of Birdland" it left me wanting a jazz album. I know a lot of fans have been wanting a jazz or gospel album. I love gospel so I'm excited to hear the gospel song on "Here for it all".

I had never heard that song before, but I just did, and I can see the vision now. Listening to EBIP makes me like Type: Dangerous more. I wish T:D had more "boom" like EBIP. I can't explain it. I would like it more if the backing track/instrumental was more like the original.

I watched the iHeart interview, so there's a song called "Here for it all" at the end of the album? Could be a ballad. And the "Anderson .Paak song". But the interview still hadn't much news about the music. Christmas as a topic in August? To see 97 Mariah and Jamie was sweet. That smile back then could have melt an iceberg. Are the other interviews are better? Thanks for the links, I will check it.

I've been quiet ... Sugar Sweet (110,365) by T from USA

One Heart One Voice was released in between the two songs and it shows how much Mariah benefits when she works with classic songwriters and producers. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it clearly is a quality production. Maybe Mariah should've used the budget of TD and sponsored a video with Ariana and Barbra Streisand. Get some of the fans back on her side with a great song.
