Mariah or Stella? (70,123) by Nikki from usa A manager: Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Who's job is this? Mariah's or Stella's? A boss usually runs the business, but Mariah *is* the business. Her job as a singer is to maintain her vocal rest, practice and rehearse her music; rehearse for positioning on her stage and with her dance team, make up a setlist, and work with her engineer on the sound. As a boss she calls the shots, makes up the plan, makes the decisions; she needs to be informed of any business problems on how she'll handle it, and look for future prospect endeavors. If something's wrong with the stage she's performing on, she'll need to know. If 2 of her team are squabbling over transportation arrangements than that's not something delegated to the boss. Mariah's World and WWHL (70,118) by Todd from Melbourne, Australia I really wanted to give MW a shot, thinking it might be an intelligent look into what it takes to put on a tour. It is rapidly descending into reality trash, and for the first time in my life (when it comes to MC), I was looking at my phone wondering how much longer it was going for. Stella is a foul-mouthed, self serving moron. I have no objections to swearing - but when you use it as punctuation, it's just a sign of under-education. And then over to WWHL. I honestly don't think she was being shady. She is not saying "I don't know OF them", she's saying "I don't know them". I don't know Andrew from UK who posts on here, although suspect we'd get along just fine. That's not an insult - it's the truth. I don't know him. What I cannot stand, and I hope a host calls her on it - is her deflection and constant monitor checking. Someone move the damn monitor so she stops looking at herself. Episode 3 - Mariahs World (70,114) by Liz Archer from Sweden I liked this episode. It was fun and I liked the Mariah scenes on the stage and her divine's moments ( I guess I got used to it). In a way, I kind of get Mariah's humor but sometime it's hard overlook certain things. Is Mariah surrounded by incompetent people Absolutely. Coming over 1 hour late to a concert shouldn't have happened. Even in US you have time differences, so why wouldn't Europe have it? Mindblown? It is just such a huge mistake to make and it makes you wonder how things are managed when something as easy as coming in time has failed. I think Mariah isn't really stepping up as a boss. She is too kind or there is something someone is doing wrong that I can't put into words. It seems like she is not bringing her foot down so people are using that. The people around her are making too much drama and have to high maintenance and to strong personalities. It's just a bad formula, in my opinion. I have felt for a long time that things hasven't been done properly in Mariah's camp. All the failed promotions even back in late 90-ies. (Monday 19 December 2016; 22:35)

This show is so full of inaccuracies, that too in the same episode, I wonder who the heck actually approved it. They keep contradicting themselves on the show. Also Bryan continuously talking about wanting some alone time with Mariah, even if he has to "steal her away" is just plain disturbing and weird. I mean first of all Bryan, that's your boss, why are you so interested in getting alone time with her? Second, no one cares about your relationship status, although if I'm not mistaken he was in a relationship around the time the tour started and I know this because I saw a picture on insta and I was wondering what his girlfriend thinks about this. (Ok don't quote me on this though, I could be wrong.) Also the fact that they have had this story line seed planted from the very first episode just makes me cringe even more, like Mariah, girl, what went wrong? Side note, adults sending a 12 year old to a boy's locker room to ask him to come out of a cake naked is so inappropriate. (Monday 19 December 2016; 22:23)

Mariah checks Demi (70,099) by Marissa from USA I was one of the people who really didn't give that much of a damn when Demi spoke out of turn towards Mariah, but I am glad that for once Mariah addressed the situation directly and straight up checked her instead of playing coy and playing dumb. I honestly wish that instead of shading people that she would just put more people on blast the way she did last night. Say that you think Ariana is a copycat. Expose the fact that you think J-Lo stole your music. If she gave the backstory more often on why she "doesn't know" certain celebrities then less and less people would view her as a villain and they would understand her point of view.
