Re: Beacon ensemble (69,178) (69,198) by Shezz from Pk
Mimi L. will give her a more comprehensive answer but yeah - spanx I'm sure. With probably a conscious effort of debloating herself after seeing those pics.

Re: Stelle is here to stay (69,166) (69,197) by Shezz from Pk
I completely agree. This is the kind of manager she's always wanted who will be there for her and be supportive of whatever she wants or does. Clearly Mariah has had a lot of trouble with friends - so this friend is here to stay. Even if we have failures. Lord have mercy.

She's bleak, dahling, she's bleak lol. I just hope that she will be as active as she is now with this side projects when it comes the time for Mariah to release new music, because if not, Mariah is in big trouble.

Re: Beacon ensemble (69,178) (69,194) by Malcolm from Asia
Mariah obviously gains weight again. Not that I'm shaming her because I think that's what really suits with her face (a natural and normal body). I advice her to really work out and shed the weight naturally this time, I hope she won't do what she did in December 2015 where she suddenly lose weight.

Re: Tanaka (69,171) (69,193) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
I'm being judgmental but I feel like a lot of posters here would agree that he seems thirsty - maybe even more so than Nick was in some ways. Although I do get why you felt relieved - maybe the cougar storyline was easier to swallow and was much more comforting to accept than the Packer angle, which was more of uncharted territory. At least we know how the former played out for her. It wasn't the best ending, but at least it worked out well somehow. Imagine the circus it would have been had she actually married James. Any fool could foresee the end.

Stella the Sychophant (69,192) by RibbonB from USA
Yes that is the word the reviewer used to accurately describe Stellar. noun 1. a self-seeking, servile flatterer; fawning parasite. Hopefully Mariah will catch on. Parasites probably start itching when the infection sets in. Said Sycho for short, gets thrown off the boat by James and he finally gives up, allegedly. Stella creates serious scheduling problems, cusses out staff and media, allows employees to act unprofessionally. Seems like Stellar is the root of all that is wrong this error/era.

Beacon (69,190) by Mara from United States
I can't at the body suit for OHN. Why mess with perfection from 2014-2015. She literally looked like and angel that heaven sent down when she opened with that white diamond dripping dress and the spotlight on her. When she sang OHN in that stunning red gown she kept the focus on her God given talent, and that green/gold dress that she sang the "Christmas In NY" improv in was beautiful. I don't know why the need for the boobs thrown in your face all the damn time anymore. Side note on Bryan, I would hope it is true and she is having fun. I never really believed she was into James, especially seeing video of her kidding him on the cheek and leaving him to go with Stella like he was a cousin and of course the dinners they were filmed at. She looks into Bryan and the one pic from the MW premier party she gave that Derek Jeter look to him. Whether it's made up or not, will we really know?

Re: Wendy Williams (69,180) (69,189) by Mike from FL, USA
Wendy really is a vile woman. I would be so ashamed of myself going on television everyday talking about other people as if I knew all the happenings in their life. Seeing as Wendy has a closet full of skeletons, it's just not a good look. Praying she goes back behind the scenes, i.e. radio, or better yet, disappears completely.

Can't wait. The woman really does love Christmas. Beacon is a chance for her to do her thing and she really seems to enjoy these shows. I'll be there on the 14th. This is my first year going and I'm beyond excited.

Re: Mariah's world (69,179) (69,187) by Merr Hasenan from Malaysia
Maybe I didn't got it right but it sounded her nanny's passport was in the luggage. They got to dig it for her that because the hours delayed. Still it was not the first time for her to fly with Mariah and co and she supposed to aware with the needs, right? Maybe she is the new nanny?

Hi Charmed Girl, I couldn't find another clip so I am posting this video of the best live moments and they play a moment of that song. BTW, Charmbracelet has the best songwriting out of any album imo.

Re: Stelle is here to stay (69,181) (69,185) by RibbonB from USA
Cindi was Mariah's publicist and she quit months before Stella, probably in anticipation of this direction. But then according to M. she quit her. Sort of like the narrative about Mariah's team. "He said she said" about who quit whom. Mariah has gone through managers like Spanx. Hopefully this Crustella as manager situation will work its way clear by the end of this 8 episode reality show. I love how one reviewer called her a fancy word for a "fake kiss ass". M. likes adulation, but that only lasts so long, hopefully. And Crustella can only create so many crisis' to claim she cleared them up so many times, before even Mariah can figure it out, hopefully. Like who schedules a tour and a "wedding" and a reality show at the same time, then convinces her client that she can't meet all those obligations? Stellar.

Re: Mariah's world (69,163) (69,184) by 123 from USA
Liz, I'm totally on your side, but it was the nanny's passport. To me, this is the manager's job to make sure all passports are presented. Why wouldn't Stella have everyone's passports that are traveling with them? Don't you think this is the manager's job? If the assistant was competent, I would say delegate to her, but she was obviously only hired by Stella for comedic relief on the show. "Po thang." She cries at the drop of a hat. This is reali- I mean docuseries gold in Stella's eyes.

Re: Stelle is here to stay (69,181) (69,183) by 123 from USA
Cindi was her publicist though. Mariah goes through "managers" almost as fast as does bottles of splash. Mark my words, if the next album flops, Stella will be on the chopping block. If Benny Medina, who helped make her a ton of money in 2005-06, Randy Jackson, her longtime friend since 1901, and Jermainde Dupri, her musical brother all got the axe after a failed project, so will she. As per the episode, Mariah isn't much involved in her business ventures as she prefers someone else to "deal with it". She only notices when her accountant tells her she should slow down with the spending because the last "album" has put her in the negative. I'm so ready for the rest of the episodes, as this reali -I mean docuseries starts to reveal truths we never knew, lies that were told (how do you postpone a wedding in March when the both of you are still married?), and everything in between. I'm glad we got this docuseries as it helps eliminate a lot of our speculation.

Stacey, Daydream (69,182) by Edward from USA
Thanks, Stacey. Yours is nice too. I guess we're both Daydream supporters. As much as I love the rest of her extensive catalog, Daydream and Butterfly have a special place in my heart. Mariah's voice on Daydream was buttery and sultry. It was effortless, and she would transition from one note to the other as if it was that easy. Daydream is the first album I bought.

Re: Stelle is here to stay (69,166) (69,181) by Martyn from England, UK
I agree, and given how long Cindi was with her, it doesn't look like Mariah is fickle when it comes to cutting staff. She's like herpes. We don't particularly want her, but we'll have to learn to live with her.

Wendy Williams (69,180) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
While most people have made the same comments about Stella and to a point I agree. She is using MC to gain some sort of attention and fame. But calling someone a bad parent and saying they are using their children as props are a real low blow. Wendy is one to talk about one's parenting when her teenage son was hooked on synthetic drugs and had to go to rehab last year and he was 15 years old at the time, but she sure did not want anyone criticizing her parenting. Also to say Nick will forget about Roc and Roe once his new baby and he comes and he gets a reality show with the child's mother, was beyond petty. Wendy Williams is mad MC pays her no attention and Wendy's main objective as of late is to make mean vile comments about certain people to satisfy her target audience. Wendy is not about keeping it real because most of her information comes from tabloids and her imagination and as long as she can manipulate her audience into believing her she is fine with that.

Re: Mariah's world (69,163) (69,179) by Lila from United States
Mariah should be responsible for her own passport but I also think, if she's not going to do it, that responsibility can and should be passed to the assistant. When I was watching the show and Stella gave that excuse about the nanny, I was taken aback that the nanny was doing the packing for Mariah. The nanny is there for the kids. She already has to look after Roc and Roe and, I'm sure, pack for them. I wonder what Mariah's so-called "assistant" was doing at the time. I'm sure nothing. The assistant's job is to assist so she should be the one packing for Mariah and making sure she has her passport. This crew is good at doing nothing but following Mariah around and sucking up her luxury lifestyle.

It's really confuses me how she looks ultra skinny when wearing glamorous outfits like that but then those pictures of her on the beach look like they were taken 2-3 years ago lol. I'm thinking maybe she's taken to wearing corsets under her clothes recently?

Re: Stelle is here to stay (69,166) (69,177) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
True. But even if she's everything she wants, we'll see how she fairs when it comes to promoting an entire album of new music. That's the real challenge here, especially since to Mariah, like she said, it's the music that "comes first". Let's try to give her the benefit of the doubt. Again.

Her recent thing? (69,176) by Liz Archer from Sweden
Can someone explain to me why she now days is having dressed that almost have her boobs falling out? It's very distracting and pulling away attention from her real treasure, which is her voice and her talent. JMO of course. It's cool that is she is confident and loves her body, but can someone please tell her that maybe it's not always tasteful? Don't take it the wrong way, she is very beautiful and it is OK to have nice gowns and cloths with low cut that looks good, but when you start wearing low cut in the front area every day, people start to wonder. I'm just saying.

Back to the Grammys 2006 topic? Yikes, that was so yesterday for me. Duuude, move on. I moved on from that discussion a long time ago. More important things to worry about, you know. Watch that video again. Parts are clearly lipped, especially during the final FLAB chorus. But, I digress. Just because a majority of folks say one thing doesn't mean the contrary opinion is invalid. Peace.
